Regulated Course Enrolment – Important Information

Our regulated qualifications are delivered in partnership with an approved awarding body and require formal student registration before any coursework can begin. Please read the full course information below before enrolling.

Payment Options

You can choose to:

Pay in full, or
Pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your place

Please note, both the full payment and the booking fee are non-refundable. Once enrolled, full payment will be required before your awarding-body registration can be processed.

How Enrolment Works

Once you complete checkout, you will be able to download your Student Registration Form directly from your order confirmation page. This form must be completed and emailed back to us along with:

A copy of your valid, in-date ID (passport or driving licence)
Any relevant certificates required for the qualification

These documents must be returned to info@makeupbayy.co.uk.

Awarding Body Registration

Your time limit to complete the course will only begin once your documents have been received and you are officially registered with the awarding body.
Once registration is complete, you will receive:

Your coursework and theory material
Your deadlines
Your student handbook
Guidance on requesting extensions, should you require them (extensions are subject to awarding body rules and may incur additional fees)

Access & Course Timeline

Your official course timeline starts from the date the awarding body confirms your registration, not the date of purchase. This ensures you receive your full allocated time to complete all theory, practical work, and assessments.

Important Notes

Your place on the course is not confirmed until the booking fee or full payment has been made.
Awarding-body registration cannot take place until all required documents have been submitted.
Missing or delayed paperwork may delay your start date, so please return your documents promptly.
