PRP to PRF Conversion Training

Already PRP trained? Ready to progress to PRF? 🩸✨

Our PRP to PRF Conversion Course is designed specifically for practitioners who are already trained in Platelet Rich Plasma and want to develop their knowledge and skills in Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) for skin and hair treatments.

You already know the foundations. We’re not starting again.

This course focuses on what changes when you move from PRP to PRF, from blood processing and preparation to treatment protocols and application techniques.

PRP vs PRF: What’s The Difference?

PRP and PRF both use the client’s own blood, but differences in collection, processing, centrifugation and preparation influence the final product you’re working with.

Understanding those differences is the important bit.

This course takes your existing PRP knowledge and builds on it so you understand how PRF is prepared, handled and used within regenerative aesthetics.

What Will You Actually Learn?

It’s not just “PRP without the anticoagulant.” 🩸

You’ll cover:

  • 🧬 Understanding PRF: The principles behind Platelet Rich Fibrin and its use within regenerative aesthetics
  • 🔬 PRP vs PRF: Understanding the key differences between the two approaches
  • 🩸 Blood Science: Building on your existing knowledge of blood components and their role within PRF
  • ⚙️ Centrifugation & Processing: Understanding preparation, centrifuge considerations and how processing influences the final product
  • 🧪 PRF Preparation: Collection, preparation, handling and timing considerations
  • 🩺 Consultation & Assessment: Assessing suitability and developing an appropriate treatment plan
  • PRF for Skin: Understanding treatment approaches for skin rejuvenation
  • 💇‍♀️ PRF for Hair: Understanding PRF within hair and scalp treatment protocols
  • 💉 Application & Injection Techniques: Developing appropriate techniques for different treatment areas
  • 🚩 Indications & Contraindications: Knowing when treatment may or may not be appropriate
  • 🧼 Infection Prevention & Control: Blood handling, PPE, sharps safety and maintaining a safe treatment environment
  • ⚠️ Risks & Complications: Recognising potential adverse events and knowing when to stop or escalate
  • 💬 Pre & Post-Treatment Care: Preparing your client and providing appropriate aftercare
  • 📋 Professional Practice: Consent, documentation, scope of practice and responsible treatment delivery

How Does The Training Work?

You know PRP. Now let’s build on it. 🙌

Start with your online theory, developing your understanding of PRF and the differences between PRP and PRF before progressing through the practical elements of your training.

Your training includes:

  • Online theory modules
  • Blood science and PRF theory
  • Educator demonstration and explanation
  • PRF preparation and processing
  • Practical treatment techniques
  • Hands-on learning
  • Tutor guidance and feedback
  • Competency assessment

UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE → PREPARE THE PRF → MASTER THE TECHNIQUE → BUILD ON YOUR PRP SKILLS
